Refund policy

Welcome to MEDIK9. Customer satisfaction is our highest priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- The product received is damaged during transit.
- You received the wrong product.
- The product has a manufacturing defect.
- The product is expired upon delivery.
- The package was tampered with before delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused and unopened.
- The product must be in its original packaging.
- All original labels, seals, tags, and accessories must remain intact.
- A valid order number or proof of purchase is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Opened skincare products
- Used cosmetics
- Products with broken seals
- Personal care items that have been used
- Gift Cards
- Promotional or free products
- Clearance or Final Sale items
These items are non-refundable unless they are received damaged or defective.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Kindly provide:
- Order Number
- Product Images
- Images of the Outer Packaging
- Unboxing Video (if available)
- Description of the issue
Our support team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.
4. Return Approval
Once your return request is approved:
- Our team may arrange a reverse pickup (subject to service availability).
- If reverse pickup is unavailable, you may be asked to ship the product to our warehouse.
- Shipping instructions will be shared by our support team.
Products returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
5. Refund Process
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
6. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
For Cash on Delivery orders:
Approved refunds will be transferred directly to your registered bank account or UPI ID after verification.
Customers may be required to provide:
- Account Holder Name
- Bank Name
- Account Number
- IFSC Code
- UPI ID (if applicable)
7. Exchange Policy
We offer product replacement only for:
- Damaged products
- Manufacturing defects
- Incorrect products delivered
- Missing items
Replacement requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
Replacement is subject to stock availability.
If the requested item is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be provided.
8. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
If cancelled before shipment, prepaid orders will receive a full refund.
9. Return Shipping
If the return is due to:
- Wrong product shipped
- Damaged product
- Manufacturing defect
MEDIK9 will bear the return shipping charges.
If the return request does not qualify under our return policy, shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount or the return may not be accepted.
10. Inspection Process
Every returned product undergoes a quality inspection.
If we determine that:
- The product has been used,
- The seal has been broken,
- The product has been intentionally damaged,
- The return does not meet our policy,
the return request may be rejected and the product may be sent back to the customer.
11. Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are generally processed as follows:
- UPI: 2–5 Business Days
- Credit/Debit Card: 5–7 Business Days
- Net Banking: 5–7 Business Days
- Wallet Payments: 3–5 Business Days
- COD Refunds: 5–7 Business Days after bank details are verified
12. Missing or Delayed Refunds
If you haven't received your refund:
- Check your bank account.
- Contact your payment provider.
- Contact your bank, as processing times may vary.
If you still have not received your refund after the expected timeline, please contact our support team.
13. Fraud Prevention
MEDIK9 reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds if:
- Fraudulent activity is suspected.
- Excessive return requests are detected.
- Products are intentionally damaged.
- False claims are submitted.
- The return policy is abused.

Due to hygiene and safety regulations, skincare and cosmetic products that have been opened, used, or tampered with are generally not eligible for return or refund, except in cases where the product is damaged, defective, expired, or an incorrect item was delivered.
